I have finally learned how to make sourdough bread. Ahhhhhh it's so satisfying!
I have made many loaves that were as hard as a brick and tasted.....well, it was hard to bite into them :)
And then I found Buzzby Bakes videos and everything has changed. I love how particular he is with each step. I followed his directions step by step and I am awarded with delicious bread.
That being said, there is no reason for me to recreate the wheel, when he has done such a wonderful job.
