Bob uses chipotle mayo for many recipes and it's everyone's favorite. We'll be referring to this a lot.
1 cup mayo
1 or 2 chipotle in adobo
2 T cilantro with stems
1tsp honey
1tsp cumin
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper
Blend all.
Goes well with pulled pork empanadas.
