I have been taking collagen on and off for several years. Different brands, mostly powder and didn't see a huge difference, so I would stop. And then I would try another brand and so on :) . I know why collagen is so good, I just couldn't find the real deal.....until now. P I needed a visual proof, I guess....and proof I found.
